• Portfolio Data: Stock and cryptocurrency holdings, purchase prices, quantities, and transaction history that you manually enter into the App.
• Watchlist Preferences: Your selected stocks and cryptocurrencies, display order, and customization settings.
• Account Information: Email address and payment information when you upgrade to AssetlyBar Pro (processed securely through Apple's payment system).

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, performance metrics, and crash reports to improve the App.
• Device Information: macOS version, device model, and general system information for compatibility purposes.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access your brokerage accounts or financial institutions.
• We do not collect personal identification documents.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide Core Functionality: Display real-time stock and crypto prices, calculate portfolio performance, and maintain your watchlist.
• Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Process Payments: Handle Pro subscription upgrades through Apple's secure payment system.
• Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.
• Send Updates: Notify you about important updates, security alerts, or changes to our services (you can opt out).

4.1 Local Storage

Most of your data is stored locally on your Mac using secure storage mechanisms provided by macOS. This includes your portfolio holdings, watchlist, and app preferences.

4.2 Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your portfolio and preferences are synchronized across your devices using Apple's encrypted iCloud service. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

4.3 Security Measures

• End-to-end encryption for data transmission
• Secure API connections (HTTPS/WSS only)
• Regular security audits and updates
• No storage of financial institution credentials

AssetlyBar integrates with the following third-party services to provide core functionality:

• Market Data Providers: We use third-party APIs to fetch real-time stock and cryptocurrency prices. These providers may log API requests but do not receive personal information.
• Apple Services: Payment processing (App Store), analytics (optional), and iCloud sync (optional).

We carefully select partners who maintain strong privacy standards. Each service has its own privacy policy that governs their data practices.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality:

• Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or manually clear your data.
• Account Data: Retained while you have an active Pro subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation.
• Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data stored on our servers (if any).
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Correction: Update or correct your information at any time through the App.
• Export: Export your portfolio data in CSV format.
• Opt-Out: Disable analytics or marketing communications.

AssetlyBar is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

AssetlyBar is operated from the Czech Republic/European Union. If you access the App from outside the EU, your information may be transferred to and processed in the EU. By using the App, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
